Postdoctoral Fellowship Application

Please note that at the end of this form you are required to upload the supporting materials listed below. Supporting materials must be uploaded as Adobe Acrobat documents (.pdf). You cannot complete this application without submitting these materials. The system is designed to accommodate relatively small PDF/Acrobat files (text only, 300K or so). • Curriculum vitae (maximum of three pages, including a bibliography of published and unpublished scholarly work)
• Project proposal (maximum of 1,000 words). Please double space and include a bibliography of Clark Library materials relevant to your research.

In addition to the information provided here, three scholarly references should be included to support your application. References should be submitted directly from the referee’s academic email address to our fellowship coordinator Myrna Ortiz at ortiz@humnet.ucla.edu.
